Before You Dig" Ticket Screening
ccTicketTrack processes incoming requests from
One-Call Centers. Using a modem connection, the
software interfaces with the One-Call Center and
electronically downloads tickets generated by
the center.
The software categorizes each ticket and automatically
analyzes it for possible impacts to the owners'
facilities. If the ticket is found to be in conflict
with any facility, an alarm is sounded to alert
the operator that a ticket has arrived that requires
intervention from the field staff.
The goal of ccTicketTrack is to automatically
close tickets that are not in conflict with the
facility, without user intervention, and to maintain
an electronic record of all tickets recieved from
the One-Call Center. |
