Combining a solid engineering base with innovative approaches,
the Water and Wastewater Divisions' experience has provided
a variety of clients with efficient and economical solutions.
Our diversity of skills allows us identify and analyze,
leading to implementation, design, construction and project
management. Projects have ranged from rehabilitation of
existing infrastructure to new facilities, all with the
underlying principle of understanding and meeting our
clients' needs.
Engineering principles are used to their maximum, with
an emphasis on the management of the project. Feasibility
studies, consultation and discussion with regulatory agencies
