Project Description:
This project consisted of an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Insurance Survey for an approximate 40-acre health complex in Ayer at the Groton Town Line. The site includes a large hospital, a condominium doctor’s offices building, and a lease area for an office building. The survey was produced by combining aerial mapping with on-the-ground locations.

Coler & Colantonio, Inc. established horizontal and vertical control on the Massachusetts State Plane utilizing GPS methods. This control was then expanded and used to locate boundary and Town Line monuments, as well as detail and topography not obtained by the aerial mapping.
